Pete Keeler is Executive Chairman of the Board and founder of Arrive. Prior to Arrive, Mr. Keeler founded Next Level Communications, Inc. with Tom Eames in 1994. Mr. Keeler served as Next Level’s CEO and Chairman of the Board. Next Level had its initial public offering in 1999 and was sold to Motorola, Inc. in 2003.

Prior to founding Next Level,  Mr. Keeler was Vice President of Business Development at Optilink from 1988-1994.  Optilink developed advanced, next-generation broadband digital loop carrier equipment for the telecommunications industry.  Optilink was acquired by the DSC Corporation which was then acquired by Alcatel.

Before joining Optilink/DSC, Mr. Keeler held various marketing and international business positions for the 3M Company.

Mr. Keeler holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A.
